Return & Refund Policy

At Dreamscape Brush, every piece is made with heart. Since our items are handmade and often custom-created, we follow a strict yet fair return policy. 

 🔹 Returns (for Ready-to-Ship Items) 

Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged during shipping or the wrong item was sent. 

 You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with photos or unboxing video proof. 

 
🔹 Returns Not Applicable For: 

Custom or personalized artwork (including custom doodles, names, portraits, bottle art) 

 Color variations due to screen differences 

 Change of mind 

 
🔹 Refund Process: 

If eligible, you’ll receive a refund or replacement (your choice). 

 Refunds are processed within 7 business days after return approval. 

 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 

 
🔹 Order Cancellations: 

Ready-to-ship orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order. 

 Custom orders cannot be cancelled once the work has started.
