Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since each piece is handmade, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged during transit.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your artwork is damaged during shipping, please email us at support@dreamscapebrush.com or DM us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video as proof - we’ll resolve it quickly.

How do I care for my resin artwork?
To keep your resin artwork looking its best, gently clean it with a soft microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or rough materials that may scratch the surface.
Can resin artwork be exposed to direct sunlight?
We recommend keeping resin artwork away from prolonged direct sunlight. Extended UV exposure may cause discoloration or fading over time.
Is resin waterproof?
Resin is water-resistant and can handle occasional splashes. However, it should not be submerged in water for extended periods unless specifically designed for that purpose.
Can I place hot items directly on resin trays or coasters?
Avoid placing very hot pots, pans, or cookware directly on resin surfaces. Excessive heat may affect the finish over time. Always use heat protection when necessary.
Will my resin artwork scratch?
Resin is durable but not completely scratch-proof. To maintain its glossy finish, avoid dragging sharp or rough objects across the surface.
Can resin trays be used for serving food?
Our resin trays are primarily designed for decorative and serving purposes. We recommend avoiding direct contact with extremely hot food items.
How do I care for painted bottles or canvas art?
Keep artwork away from direct sunlight and water. Clean gently with a dry, soft cloth.
Is a protective coating applied to the artwork?
Yes, all pieces are sealed with a protective finish to ensure durability and color retention.

Custom orders typically take 10-15 working days, depending on the complexity and size.
Can I see the artwork before it is shipped?
Yes! For custom orders, we share a preview or progress update before dispatch to ensure you’re happy with it.

Do you offer nationwide shipping in India?
Yes, we ship across India via trusted courier partners. Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?

How is the artwork packaged?
We use protective packaging with bubble wrap, sturdy boxes, and additional layers to ensure safe delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp.
