At DreamscapeBrush, each piece is crafted with care, creativity, and attention to detail. Due to the handmade and often personalized nature of our products, we follow a strict but transparent return and refund policy to protect both the customer and the artist.
Returns – Applicable for Ready-to-Ship Items Only
We accept return requests only in the following cases:
The item was damaged in transit, or
An incorrect product was delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or issue.
Share an unboxing video, if available, to support your claim.
All return requests are carefully evaluated based on the evidence and order history.
Returns Not Accepted For
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
Custom or personalized artwork, including:
Custom doodles
Named or themed canvases
Personalized bottle art
Portraits
Minor color differences caused by screen resolution or lighting
Change of mind or dissatisfaction based on personal preference
Please ensure that your custom order request is clear and final before placing it.
Refund Process
If your return request is approved, you may choose between:
A full refund to your original payment method, or
A replacement of the same item.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days from the date of return approval.
Order Cancellations
Ready-to-ship items may be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started, as they are made specifically for you.
